My role

I’m a Product Designer within Online Service, part of Customer & Partner Experience (CPX). I’m the most experienced Product Designer in Online Service and my goal is to be an ambassador of the Product Led way of working within our team.

Team

Online Service is customer faced team where we have a Head of Product, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Designers, Product Analysts and Engineers, both front-end and back-end. I work with together with them on a day to day base.

Overview

Online Service is a team that is, until December 2024, not part of the Product organization. We do have tight connections with the Shopping & Advertising, which is part of Product.

Our structure and team setup is completely the same as Product teams.


In 2023 bol introduced the Product Led way of working, where we focus on customer needs and pain points.


Within Online Service we were searching for the best setup and approach within this way of working.

Align every quarter with our OKR’s, KPI’s and results for our goals.

Continuous Interviewing with both customers and service experts.

Facilitating Design Sprint and workshops to ensure collaboration and discovery.

Creating a framework to guide Product Led projects.
