Experience
2022 - Present
Product Designer in Online Service team, part of Customer & Partner Experience domain. We strive to make the after sales journey as smooth as possible for customers who have questions or issues about their order.
2020 - 2022
Visual Designer in Optimal Checkout Experience team where our aim was to guide customers as good and fast through the checkout. We worked on the Add to Cart modal, Basket, Checkout and the Order Confirmation Page.
2018 - 2019
Freelance Visual Designer for AkzoNobel in a scrumteam where I worked on labels like Flexa, Coral, Dulux, Alabastine, Ceta Bever, Cuprinol, Hammerite and Sikkens.
2017 - 2018
Freelance Visual Designer for Driessen HRM, a big HR company in The Netherlands, where I was part of the Marketing team working on multiple websites like IJK.nl and DriessenGroep.nl.
2016 - 2017
Visual Designer for CZ Zorgverzekering where I was part of the Online team working on the website cz.nl. Next to that I was part of the concept team which worked on multiple concepts and labels for caregivers, youth, pregnancy.
2005 - 2015
Full Service Internet agency called Colours, a top 10 agency in The Netherland. I worked on cases for companies like Efteling, Philips, Maxi-Cosi, Hartstichting and various other projects.
2004 - 2005
Small design agency with 5-10 colleagues, working on websites for local customers. I learned a lot about design in general and development handover. Picked up some coding skills as well.
2001 - Present
As a business owner of Digital Material I was able to work for smaller and bigger clients, both local and national. It thought me all aspects of design and running a business. It came with big ups and very low downs. It shaped me as human and as designer.
Till this day I’m running my business with passion.
